My install is stalling/not working, what can I do?

If you are trying to update the Desktop player and the install keeps crashing part way through and stalling out, you can cancel the install and follow these steps to workaround the issue.

What is likely happening, is there is a missing file or leftover files preventing a full uninstall of the older version of the application, and halting the process to install the new version of the app.

Use Klocman's "BCUninstaller" to uninstall previous versions of Pretzel. After you have successfully uninstalled Pretzel using that application, then go through and start the install process of the new version.
