Currently, "What's Playing Pages" are disabled.
We will be relaunching the What's Playing Pages in the future. The old Whats Playing Page would track what a user played for months and months. This created lists of tens of thousands of songs that were not very useful to anyone and cost us a substantial amount of money. The new What's Playing Page will be based on a per-stream basis and not total overall use.
