At this time, we are incapable of supporting multiple Twitch channels from an individual Premium/Pro account.
That said, one of our future goals is to develop an option for teams or individuals who manage multiple Twitch accounts to connect in one place.
For now, if you wish to manage multiple Twitch channels through Pretzel, it would require an individual paid subscription to be set up for each channel.
