We're sorry you're having trouble. We can help!
Player's not opening?
If you recently unplugged your monitor or changed your display setup, this could be causing the issue you're experiencing. Pretzel Rocks has a known positioning issue that our Developers are investigating, but in the meantime, rest assured - there's a quick fix! See below.
Windows Users:
Press the Windows key + R and paste in %APPDATA%/@pretzel-aux/pretzel-desktop in the run prompt.
This will show you a Pretzel app directory, in which you should see a window-state.json file. Deleting this file will reset the window position for the Pretzel Rocks app.
Once complete, please restart the app; it should work as usual again.
Mac Users:
From the Finder menu, click Go > Go To Folder and enter the path:
~/Library/Application Support/@pretzel-aux/pretzel-desktop
This will show you a Pretzel app directory, in which you should see a "window-state.json" file. Deleting this file will reset the window position for the Pretzel Rocks app.
Once you've done this, please try restarting the app; it should work as expected.

Having trouble re-installing?
You can use BCUninstaller to uninstall previous versions of Pretzel.
After you have successfully uninstalled Pretzel using that application, please restart the installation of the new version again. This should do the trick!
If you are on a Mac and continuing to have installation issues, please contact our support team on Discord or this help center by submitting a form (top-right hand corner of this page).
