Taking a break from content creation?
No problem; we'll still be here when you feel inspired again. We're happy to provide a refund up to 14 days from the last charge date. To request a refund, please contact support by email at hello@pretzel.rocks.
Unexpected Charges?
Uh-Oh. If you believe you previously canceled and have unexpected charges, please contact our Support team and include related invoice numbers, email addresses, Twitch ID, and/or YT Channel ID. You may have created a duplicate account at some point, so our support team is available to confirm and get things sorted for you.

Furthermore, any previously uploaded content with tracks downloaded while you were still on an active subscription may also be subject to de-monetization and copyright claims.
